MOTOROL PRINTWELL Grades are manufactured from controlled close boiling range paraffinic distillates.These are further refined to meet the requirements of unsaturates, aromatics and polar compounds.

CALIBRATION OIL MOTOROL CALIBEST - M/K

MOTOROL Calibest oils are derived from low sulphur distillate and are highly refined and specialised product, duly meeting the stringent specifications.

APPLICATIONS

Used as a calibration fluid medium for the calibration of fuel injection pump, fuel injection nozzle and elements of stationary as well as mobile engines. MOTOROL Calibest (M) is used for calibrating the fuel injection nozzle of diesel engines meeting the specification of MICO (Bosch Licence) No.9916034004 and ISO 4020 MOTOROL Calibest (K) is used for calibration of nozzle for stationary engines meeting Cummins specifications such as Viscor 1487-C, SAE J967-C and ISO 4113.

PAINT SOLVENTS MOTOROL SPECTRUM

MOTOROL Spectrum is a hydrocarbon solvent which is used as a thinner and solvent in paint manufacturing process, insecticide formulations etc.

MOULD RELEASE OIL MOTOROL MOULDRIN 5 /14 / 22

MOTOROL Mouldrin grade oils are highly refined mineral oils which help in maintaining the temperature of hot glass with minimum carbon deposits. These oils also give luster and glossy finish to the glass. They are also used in production of concrete articles.

APPLICATIONS

ENCLOSED GEAR BOX OIL MOTOROL ARL TOPGEAR EP - 68/100/150/220/320/460

MOTOROL ARL TOPGEAR EP grades are of premium quality manufactured from special grade base stocks and blended with extreme pressure (EP) additives.

SPECIAL GRADE HYDRAULIC OILS MOTOROL - AROHY

MOTOROL AROHY grades are manufactured from high viscosity index base oil which is refined and further fortified with  additives required for good quality hydraulic oils.

  • This special grade non-staining Hydraulic Oils are compatible with the Aluminium Rolling Oils.

PESTICIDAL SOLVENT MOTOROL RINPEST

It is an aromatic solvent derived from petroleum. It consists of isomeric trimethyl benzene and other high boiling aromatic compound. It is slightly yellow coloured liquid, miscible with Xylene and other organic solvents but immiscible with water.

ADVANTAGES

  • Good Solvent
  • High boiling aromatic compound

  • Mild odour
  • Imparts good flow properties
  • It is not phototoxic when used as an emulsion in aqueous sprays at the concentration normally required.
APPLICATIONS

  • A good Solvent for many synthetic resins, especially oil modified alkyds.

  • Used for pesticide compound.

SP. GRADE ALUMINIUM ROLLING LUBRICANT MOTOROL ARL-F

MOTOROL ARL-F is produced from low sulphur petro products and it provides good cooling and lubrication during metal reduction operation with low evaporation loss.

  • Low viscosity ensures proper rolling during high speed of the aluminium foils.

  • Resist to brown staining on metal during annealing

APPLICATIONS

Being a specialised product, it is used as roll coolant and lubrication for aluminium during reduction (rolling) operation. It is normally compounded with anti-oxidant and also with fats, alcohol for attaining load bearing characteristics. Its application is in aluminium rolling mills.

  • MOTOROL ARL-F is specially used when a low annealing furnace temperature is required.
