MOTOROL HYFLOW HLPgrade oils are premium hydraulic oils blended with zinc free additues and having excellent anti-wear properties, oxidation stability there by helping in extending the life of the moving parts of hydraulic systems by providing maximum protection under severe operating conditions.  These grade oils meet the requirements of NAS - Clause 7 specifications for filterability.

MOTOROL Comprex grade oils are made from high viscosity index base oil and further fortified with antioxidant, rust inhibitor, anti wear, anti corrosive and anti foam additives for optimum lubrication under prolonged high temperature and load conditions.

GENERAL PURPOSE MACHINERY OIL MOTOROL GENERIN 32/46/68/100/150/220/320

In all industrial Plants a large number of bearings are lubricated by hand oiling. Most of the oil leaks out of the bearing leaving behind a very thin film of oil to provide lubrication.  A straight mineral oil without proper additives will be unable to ensure proper lubrication and prevent metal to metal contact MOTOROL GENERIN grade oils are specially formulated with high quality additives to improve films strength and adhesiveness characteristics by virtue of which when applied to bearing etc., oil does not leak out and leaves adequate oil film for lubrication.

SYNTHETIC REFRIGERATION OIL MOTOROL REFRIN - AB 32/46/68

Motorol Refrin AB grades of Refrigeration Compressor Oils are formulated from fully synthetic base. They have properties that deal with extreme low temperature with a very low floc point and the capacity to withstand exposure to active refrigerants.

SEWING MACHINE OIL MOTOROL STITCHRITE

MOTOROL Stitchnte grade sewing machine oil is blended from selected base stocks and further compounded with anti rust and anticorrosive additives thus enabling to give properties and film strength to ensure good lubrication even on the smallest moving part of the sewing machine. WOOL BACHING OIL MOTOROL RINWOOL

The unusual waxiness of wool should be degreased to facilitate carding and spinning and making the wool harsh, brittle, light and fluffy. MOTOROL  Rinwool grade oil are spontaneously souble in water thus making excellent emulsion for spray on wool fibers.

MOTOROL TEXCONE is a highly refined product compound with non-ionic surfactants and possess valuable properties of stability in hard soft water.  It shows excellent compatibility with other surfactants like dyes, finishing agents and other processing additives.It is non-toxic and easily removed from fibre by scouring process and will not interfere with dying and finishing process.

STEAM CYLINDER OIL MOTOROL RINCYL 680/1000/1500/C-460/C-680

MOTOROL Rincyl grade oils are formulated from specially treated high viscosity index and heavy viscosity base stock having excellent lubricating properties and thermal stability.  These oils are having excellent oiliness and film strength characteristics, maximum resistance to washing effect and excellent load carrying ability.  These oils are further compounded with special fatty oils and contain adhesive agent.

STRAIGHT / NEAT CUTTING OIL MOTOROL HICUT - 14/21/23/55

MOTOROL Hicut grade oils are a blend of refined minerals oils and aditives. These oils are further fortified with sulphur and chlorine to impart estreme pressure (EP) properties. High quality fatty oils are added to these oils to improve lubrications under boundary conditions and also to impart wetting characteristics.

APPLICATIONS

MOTOROL Hicut 14 is a light coloured low viscocity oil recommended for use in machining all non ferrous metal except Titanium. These oils have good heat transfer properties to effectively cool under high speed condition.
MOTOROL Hicut 21 grade oils contains chloirinated EP and oiliness additives. This oil is reccomended for machining operation ferrous materials like mild steel, sarbon steel, manganese steel, nickel, steel, copper, aluminium and their alloys.
MOTOROL Hicut 23 has a distinct advantage of being equally suitable for cutting either steel as it contains additive which imparts high oiliness as well as EP properties, mainly sulphur in inactive form. This oil gives good cooling, chip felshing and operation and is suitable for high speed automatic machine tools. Also recommended for use in capstan and turret Lathe.
MOTOROL Hicut 55 is a medium viscosity dark brown oil containing active sulphur and chlorinated compound additive thus having staining type EP additives. This oil is recommended for severe machining operation like broaching, gear cutting, grinding and cutting.

VAPOUR PHASE DRY (VPD) FLUID MOTOROL RINKSOL - H

MOTOROL RINKSOL - H is used in vapour phase dry oven for high voltage transformers. Oven in which vapour phase drying of insulation is carried out prior to impregnation of transformer oil. The main functional use of this medium is to carry heat to wet  insulation and remove the moisture as much as possible and completely without any deleterious effect on insulation-copper and avoid charge of fire hazard or explosion etc.

PETICIDAL SOLVENT MOTOROL RINPEST

It is an aromatic solvent derived from petroleum. It consists of isomeric trimethy benzene and other high boiling aromatic compound.  It is slightly yellow coloured liquid, miscible with Xylene and other organic solvents but immiscible with water.

SP grade ENCLOSED GREAR BOX OIL MOTOROL ARL TOPGEAR EP 68/100/150/220/320/460

MOTOROL ARL TOPGEAR EP grades are of premium quality manufactured from special grade base stocks and blende with extreme pressure (EP) additives. They are further fortified with anti oxidant and anti foam additives to possess excellent thermal and oxidation stability. They have low foadming and anti-rusting properties. These are specifically for Aluminium Rolling Mills.

MOULD RELEASE OIL MOTOROL MOULDRIN 5/14/22

MOTOROL Mouldrin grade oils are highly refined mineral oils which help in maintaining the temprature of hot glass with minimum carbon deposits. These oils also give luster and glossy finish to the glass. They are also used in production of concrete articles.
